OLEKSIY KANDYUK

Oleksiy Kandyuk is a professor at the Department of Political Science and State Administration at Chernivtsi National University. Ukraine.  In 2015-2015, he was a post-doctoral researcher at University of Lodz, Poland supported by IANUS II Erasmus Mundus Fellowship implementing reaserch project “Transatlantic policy of European Union”. Dr. Kandyuk has been a lecturer in Transatlantic Relations at Chernivtsi National University, University of Lodz and Wisconsin International University in Ukraine. He is Political expert at  TV-channels, political observer and columnist for the «Hvylya» and «Newssky» online newspapers (Kyiv, Ukraine), opinion author of analytical workouts and commentaries for online edition «Maxline». Chernivtsi city mayor’s counselor on European Integration. Dr. Kandyuk’s work focuses primarily on US-EU relations, Post-soviet transformation, American foreign policy and Common foreign Policy of European Union

Proposed project is a complex study of the role of transatlantic relations in foreign policy paradigm and its eventual impact over post-soviet space.
